Senior Project Manager - IT (PMP Certified)

Lead large and complex IT and software development projects from planning through implementation, using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum and Azure Cloud.

W-2 only. This position is offered on a W-2 basis only (no Corp-to-Corp or 1099). We are not a headhunting agency.

Primary duties

  • Lead large and complex IT and software development projects from planning through implementation.
  • Manage requirements analysis, project planning, risk management, change control, quality assurance and stakeholder communication.

Minimum qualifications

  1. 7+ years of project management experience.
  2. 4+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager managing large or complex IT projects.
  3. 3+ years of experience with software development projects.
  4. 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
  5. 3+ years of Azure DevOps experience.
  6. 3+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  7. 1+ year of Azure Cloud experience.
  8. 1+ year of Lucidchart experience.
  9. Strong experience with requirements analysis, project planning, risk management, change control, QA and stakeholder management.
  10. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational and customer service skills.
  11. Bachelor's degree, or qualifying experience substitution where applicable.
  12. PMP certification from PMI (mandatory).

Preferred skills and background

  • Experience leading enterprise technology initiatives involving application development, systems integration, business process improvement, cloud technology, IT architecture and organizational change.
